We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please review the policy below.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed

  • Be in original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be free of stains, odors, or damage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Worn, washed, or damaged products

Exchanges

If you need a different size, exchanges are available based on inventory availability. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
